Why do you want to work for Kroger?
Tell me about a time you couldn’t give a customer what they wanted.
I was told to wait 5-7 days to hear back from the store. I was called by the store to schedule an in person interview less than 24hrs after the phone screening.
In person “interview” consisted of confirming the position, filling out preliminary paperwork.

Interview only lasted four minutes. They told me what my salary would be, then asked if I was still interested. Set up a time for the orientation, and that was it.

Face to face interview. If offered job you attend orientation where you submit I9 information, schedule and things like that. You are able to negotiate pay and schedule. No drug test
Come in sit down and talk to a person about your past experiences on different jobs and how it kn relate to your new role at their job while you thinking do u want to work here or not
