- Easy interview. Behavioral only no technical round. - Interviewers were nice and friendly. After months of conversations with the Recruitment team, and after offer acceptance, they suddenly realize they did not get sponsorship authorization??!! For a brand name company, the recruitment and candidate experience could not have been worse. I spent months working it out with them but at the end did not even get an apology email for the mess they made.

They asked behavior questions and chatted about my past experience at various companies as well as my experience with managing people or teams. They also asked what I was looking for in a new role.
