Very simple. I applied online and then about 2 weeks later I was contacted for an interview. They asked me a few questions on the phone beforehand. In the interview, the questions were nothing unexpected. I took my drug test and then heard back from them a couple weeks later that I was hired. The interview was nothing to worry about.
