Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Kroll.

Months after applying, someone finally reached out to have me complete a 90 minute online assessment consisting of summarizing a foreign language article and doing research on some foreign entity. The assignment was sent to me a day early by mistake, so they had to resend another one at the correct time. The assessment was tedious as you have limited time and are not allowed to use dictionaries, which is bizarre and not at all a reflection of real life.
As far as interviews, there was a one lengthy phone interview with the recruiter. Then there was a group skype interview with four managers, two at a time. The skype interview was weird, the managers didn't seem at all prepared and they had me ask THEM a bunch of questions, to the point that I was starting to wonder when the actual interview would begin. After a week of silence, I inquired for results and got my rejection shortly thereafter via a boilerplate email.
Kroll seems like a mess and the people I spoke to had at best average credentials and education. It seems many of them get in as interns or analysts and then stay on. It doesn't seem like a place where a high-caliber, experienced professional would find rewarding work at a commensurate level.

What's your experience with court records? Which databases have you used? Tell me about a time when you faced a challenge and things like that.
First round phone call with HR. Then a relatively straightforward written test, but tight on time, as there was quite a lot of material to look through. Didn't hear back after the test.
Just want to share more about the interview, the HR is quite friendly and the behaviour questions are general, asking your background and why kroll, stuff like that. Written test will be taken offline and manager interview will then start after that.

I applied online for the role and heard back the same afternoon asking to arrange an interview and then I had three interviews over the next couple of weeks . The first was with Hr which was basic and easy. Second and third were with management which were progressively more challenging and formal. After doing well in the second interview, I was asked to do a third interview in the same week which was unusual but I took as a good sign. The third interview was more formal and challenging. I never heard back after the third interview from management or HR. I was completely ghosted by the company after completing three interviews with them.
