Entrevista
I had emailed the HR, received a call within a week and was scheduled for an interview within 2 working days.
The interview began with a basic introduction, followed by fit questions and then technical ones.

Brief introduction about yourself.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
What's your career goal?
What do you know about the firm?
Any recent update about the firm?
Technical Questions:
What are Valuations and why do we do them?
What is DCF and the various versions of DCFs?
Why do we value a firm?
What's Beta, and can it be negative?
What is NPV and what is it also called?

First round interview was virtual. Was shown interview questions prior to recording my answers, and had unlimited time to prepare before answering. There were quite a few question, though I was able to take as much time as needed to prepare.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.
