I had two rounds of interviews, one with VP, another with a Director and MD, and never for an minute they made me realise of their position, very conversational chitchat, not a brutal interrogation, given I had been used to because of my 2.5 year gap and being new to the domain. Questions revolved mostly around technicals around valuation, and a few personality and ethical questions.
