Entrevista
There were three phone interviews that took place over a week. Basic introductory questions with a member from HR, an analyst and a VP.
There were six in-person interviews on one day. All of the interviews were back to back. Each Interview took around 15-30minutes followed by a brief 5 minute break.
Followed by a 30 minute exam (Approximately 10 questions). This test will be fairly difficult and covers ALL aspects of finance (DCF, comps, bond pricing, etc.)
Took them two weeks to get back to me about the job status.
Cleared CFA I3 and making personal research projects with experience of 2 yrs. A deep discussion on my personal projects which i prepared help in interview. The challenges i faced while gathering the data, the assumption, the model inputs, etc. Most imp the business model of the Company.

Can you please explain me the Challenges you faced while preparing the project.
In person, questions on detailed accounting scenarios such as payroll accruals, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition. Must be able to answer clear and concisely. Ability to reference common QoE or NWC adjustments would be a huge benefit.

Entrevista
I had a zoom call with 3 different managers, all separate. Pretty informal (everyone was WFH). They asked wide ranging and quite different questions which made it hard to kind of switch gears or get to know any of them really well.
