After submitting my application on internships.com, I received an email from HR to set up an interview with the Lead Project Manager. The interview was conducted through Google Chat. It was a typical interview going over my resume, past experiences, description of the duties and if I am capable and willing to perform them, etc. At the end of the interview I was told that Krowdbyz would like to have me as a member of the team and we started the hiring process.

Well organised and systematic. Gives enough of time to think. Interview is done on Skype. Need to know basics of PHP, HTML, XML. Had to solve a game puzzle. The interviewee was on time and very accommodative for the time difference.
