I was expected to have knowledge of the position. I was asked job-specific questions. I met the management and staff. The process was efficient and challenging. I felt like I was given the opportunity to showcase my skills.

I had a phone interview. A week later, I met with HR in person. After another week, I met with the hiring manager offsite, and lastly I interviewed with the board of directors before an offer was made.
