It was bad and the interviewer was rude, I had heard some bad things about the place and the interview met my expectations to be honest with you so I wouldn’t recommend
I was mislead to believe the job was mine. Had an online interview, in person interview and 4 full working days where I would teach and support students in full. The teachers are so nice and I felt welcomed by them. I was sure I was about to get an offer, only to be told I was overqualified and hard to place for that reason since they don't have any senior roles. I felt used since I had gone to 4 trial days in which they saw how I was teaching and could have easily told me I was over qualified beforehand. Moreover, they posted a job ad for a senior role the same time they told me there were none. I don't like being lied to, nor used as cheap labour. Also, the fact that workers had no place to rest as a teachers lounge was odd. Im confused, hurt and feel used. I font know what to make of this experience.

They asked me carious questions regarding my teaching experience
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Kspace (Tóquio) em nov. de 2019

The interview was carried out by the female director/ owner in a corner with benches right next to the open genkan/school entrance at pick up time! There were parents picking up their kids, getting and taking to the teacher handing their kids, peeping and listening to the interview taking place, kids playing in that same open space where we were sitting, screaming and running... it was a mess to say the least.
