Couldn't get an interview scheduled because they invested in an AI hiring system (Phenom) that doesn't let you speak to a real person! They reached out and gave me two days of options, both days I wasn't available, and then I sent my availability 3 times and no one got back to me. They have no general email on their careers page and no way to contact anyone. There's also no clear way to request accommodations if you need it which is a violation of ADA!
