Gespräch war angenehm geführt. Relativ viele Standardfragen (wie reagiert man bei Stress, welche Stärken und Schwächen). Das Unternehmen wurde ausführlich vorgestellt. Im Grunde zielte es aber nicht darauf ab, sich kennenzulernen, sondern (das kann ich rückblickend einordnen) ob derjenige fähig ist, sich in das "Modell" des Unternehmens einzugliedern.

The process started with an initial phone call from HR, where they asked general background and fit questions. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was more focused on my experience and day-to-day responsibilities. Overall, I would describe it as a fairly standard process. The interview went smoothly, but I haven’t received an offer yet.

I felt very good throughout the interview from the beginning to the end. the managers who interviewed me very kind. Excellent questions and very positives. I also had an evaluation hiring test which was really good too.
