A series of video question where you are given 30 seconds to prepare and then 2 minutes to answer questions that you do not know in advance. There is one question you are given prior to the interview which you can prepare. It is best to use the STAR technique yet i found it was not always possible and tried to do as best as i could based on situations that did not always fit the question.
