Entrevista
The procedure is professionally organized, quick with screening round, online test, and interview.
Interviewers are very nice, open to create comfortable discussions to understand each other's interest. Very respect the candidate by remembering the names and give feedback two weeks then.

During covid era so was virtual lasted for about half an hour and was a set of two interviews with two managers at once. Asked about KPI’s, why supply chain, about myself, my career prospects etc

What do you understand by KPI’s and what do they mean to you

Entrevista
First interview with HR only, basic questions, going trough former positions and employers. Had to fill out a form with more or less same details, and also have some certificate from all former companies.
Second interview with HR and hiring manager, more discussion about the role and questions related the role from both sides, why I was a good candidate, examples from previous career and open discussion of the role.
