Entrevista
First of all, the interviewer was late. But the more bothering part was that the job poster didn't even mention in the ad that the candidate MUST have a driver's license. Then they still invited me to the first interview to only turn me down for not having a driver's license after 10 minutes into the interview. It was annoying because I basically spent my whole morning to prep for the interview out of my vacation.

Really simple. 2 stage interview. 1 st stage, face fits and personality. 2 nd stage skills and history. Interview was enjoyable. Horrid employer, i never met a happy employee in 8 years. 750 employees
