Very thorough and concise. All about personality fit. They really wanted to understand my attitude and my preparedness to work hard and succeed. They wanted to understand if I was career orientated and open to development but then I had to prove how I'd been that way with my turn employer. Overall challenging but fair and weirdly enjoyable
