Received a phone call 2 weeks after applying online. I was not asked any real questions on the phone call. It was just to bring me into a 1 on 1 pretty casual interview in the coming days.

Friendly, plenty of space for questions and concerns. They provided an excellent environment for sharing experiences and and answering questions. Interview didn’t feel like an interview but like a conversation.
