I handed in my resume and they said there were no spots available at the time but, they said they would keep my resume in case spots opened. In 2 months there were spots opened but I was never contacted
Emailed about setting up an interview.
Only one interview it was a quick under 30 minutes in person interview. Asked about availability, ability to work with kids, and a couple of skill related questions.

The Kumon interview process typically involves application submission, initial screening, interview, assessment, training, and possibly a background check. General questions asked during the interview and emphasis on academic performance mainly on Reading and Calculus.
