Pretty reasonable and easy, went into the facility and had a normal conversation with the manager at the New Territory location, was very clear and straight forward with expectations of her student workers and understanding.

Very easy- basically none. Have you start unpaid training videos right away with barely any information. No pay or time is discussed. Very weird and unhelpful. Would not do again, didn't continue the job.
Interview Process went really smoothly. They were very kind and very respectful throughout the process. They asked a lot about previous tutoring experience which seems to be an essential requirement.
Background check and behavioral interview where they ask you questions about your past experiences and skills pertaining to teaching children or youth. Interview was pretty straightforward and easy to do.
