No real interview process, easy to get through. I just contacted the manager of the Kumon I worked at, and I got the job in a couple days. Great for high school students.

Very little interviewing, was hired immediately, sent into a full shift without warning, though.

I wasn't asked many in-depth questions. Most of it was about how often I could work and for what hours. I was also asked a lot about my school and outside activities, I guess to make sure I wouldn't be consistently missing work.
Very straightforward and easy, went over previous jobs/positions but does not need to be relevant. Just need to elaborate why you want this position. There was not much needed to get this role
The interview process was not difficult at all. They asked very easy and basic questions that were not difficult to answer. I was basically hired on the spot, no stress at all.
