MAths is basic multiplication, division, addition and fractions but you must be fast enough.
English is comprehension with true or false option.
then HR round asking what u know about the company and asked to do a problem.
then management round showing a video of a girl solving sheets and asked about the girl's thinking while solving the sheet.

what the student is thinking and why the worksheet was given to her
Super simple - Questions about whether you went to kumon as a kid and familiar with their teaching styles. With this being said, they also asked about committment and if you can stay working there for a year.
The interview was very simple. I was asked about my availability and then asked to take a timed math test. I was asked about previous courses I took in high school.
I was asked a few questions about my level of education (including the level of maths education), and then I was given a Kumon maths test to complete.
