2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.
Not a very complex process - basic questions to gauge interest and commitment. My interviewer was the owner of the Kumon center and she was very kind. I would imagine that most of the decision-making was based on the resume.
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.
