First, you take a math assessment of general algebraic equations. After the assessment has been graded, you speak to the boss about how you did. If you pass the initial assessment, you are asked about availability.

Welcoming, not too inquisitive, asked basic questions about myself and any previous work experience I had. Did not feel extremely pressured, but was in person not virtual. Also had to do a maths test to check mathematical ability.
