I applied online on company website. One week later I got a call from company HR to arrange for a phone interview with engineering manager. The interview was like a typical one and in a friendly manner. I was asked about my previous experience, especially that part related directly to the position requirements which I had applied for. There were other general questions about my other skills such as familiarity with engineering software and standards. At the end the interviewer asked me if I have any question about the job description or their company. It was a positive experience. About two weeks later, I received an email and I was informed that I'm not selected for that position.
