Entrevista
Initial HR screening, followed by an interview with a manager. Subsequently provided the several contact references requested. Few weeks later, I received a call to communicate a rejection without any feedback and asking if I would be ok to be considered for future openings. However it is concerning that all my references were contacted despite the company having no intention of making an offer at any time. This is extremely inconvenient and likely to prospect potential clients rather than evaluating my candidacy. Contacting a candidate's references is reserved for the final stage of the hiring process, serving solely as a final validation step before an offer is made, and not for unrelated purposes. I was asked to apply for a second position, interviewed again and then ghosted, no feedback received. Lack of professionalism.

Got an email probably 1-2 weeks after I applied to set up a time to do an HR phone screen. Had a 30 min interview with a dir. level a week later. They did a good job with describing day-to-day, but also talked about irrelevant things and seemed to struggle with my question about DEI.

Standard interview process, more of a “get to know you” approach. Went through 4 rounds of interviews which took weeks to do around their schedule only to be completely ghosted by the recruiter. A simple “They've selected another candidate for the job.” message would have been the decent and courteous thing to do.
