      Entrevista

      I applied for the role and was shortlisted for an initial discussion with the Talent Partner. During the conversation, we discussed the overview of the company, its growth journey, organizational background, team structure, and next recruitment steps. Discussd on tools and systems being used, which appears to be Workday and its apparently very important, headcount management and business partnering and other responsibilities tied to the role. We also discussed my relevant experience across international recruitment within EMEA, the US, and APAC regions, alongside my exposure to managing diverse stakeholders and hiring across multiple functions. What particularly stood out to me was the company’s growth trajectory. Despite the role being contract-based, the scope, international environment, and overall vision of the company made the opportunity genuinely interesting to me. Additionally travel opportunities to France and potentially Singapore is definitely exciting.
