Through a recruiter, met with on location once. Met with two people in one interview, one from HR, one was immediate supervisor. Met Call Center Manager on first day of hire. Very nice guy, very busy. Waited 3 weeks to get the job offer though, I had nearly accepted from another company because I thought I didn't get it.
