Very unfriendly manager. Bad vibe and was often rude; wouldn't directly answer questions put to her. I felt she had an air of superiority, which of course masks lack of confidence.

Did not hire, went through 2 hour process for nothing. Pointless and frustrated. Application was easy enough. Demand you buy their clothes (at a discount but regardless). Would not apply again.
group interview. super relaxed. lots of young adults. asked about you questions like what you like to do outdoors and customer service scenarios. led by one manager. it was over in like 20 minutes
This was during the pandemic but they conducted zoom interviews asking basic questions such as reason for your interest in the position , previous work experience, and comfort level engaging in customer service
