New and exciting interview with a video interview followed by a phone interview then finally a personal interview. Was definitely a new experience for me personally and I enjoyed the video interview it made it more comfortable being able to take it in my own home

Interview process was very professional. The initial interview was with the President of the company, it was a general overview of what the position is and what I would be doing. The 2nd interview is more personal, getting to know the interviewee and going over everything else like compensation, hours, and training. The interviewee is also taken into the field to be shown exactly what the job is. The 3rd interview is over the phone with the President of the company.
