It is very much easy. They ask everything basics. Which feels like fresher is taking an interview. There will be first second third managerial and HR rounds. Then you will get offer letter to join. And then there will be three days of orientation. I hope it completes thirty words

I had three rounds - first two were technical with a bit of coding exercises and concepts about OOPS. The third was a HR round where they told me that the max CTC they could provide me was less than my current CTC. This was after they agreed on the expected CTC before beginning the interview process.

L&T's Unprofessional and Unethical Hiring Practices
I recently had the worst experience interviewing and receiving an offer from L&T. After multiple rounds of interviews, they made me an offer which I negotiated slightly higher than their initial budget. I was upfront about my current compensation and didn't make any unreasonable demands. However, to my utter shock, they forced me to resign from my current organization immediately after accepting their offer.
Just two days later, they abruptly revoked the offer citing that my expected salary was outside their budget after all. This was after forcing me to leave my previous job. Their lack of decisiveness, poor internal communication, and unprofessional behavior Put me in a terrible position of having to start my job search from scratch.
Not only did L&T waste my time going through their lengthy interview process, but their unethical hiring tactics could have left me completely jobless had I not looked out for myself. Forcing candidates to quit their jobs before revoking offers at the last minute is an unacceptable practice that demonstrates no regard for the candidate's well-being.
I understand all companies don't match every candidate's expectations, but the terrible mismanagement and lack of professionalism from L&T's hiring team was appalling. They have shown themselves to be an untrustworthy and unethical organization to accept employment with. Job seekers beware - do not put yourself through the hassle and potential career sabotage of interviewing with L&T. There are far better corporates who actually value candidates and conduct hiring in a fair manner.
