Entire process consisted of 3 rounds. First round by hiring manager to assess skillset for role. Second round was with two additional directors that support the wider BD team. Final round was with VP.

Walk me through how you approach a market assessment and give an example.
The usual process - HR screen, initial with hiring team, and follow-up with senior leader. I found the role online, applied, waited roughly 2 weeks for initial call and was onboarded within 2 months

Overall, standard interview process: Initial phone screen with HR, initial talk with hiring manager, then additional follow up with other managers / VP. Interview was done over WebEx / Zoom due to post COVID
