Lost of time and very disapointed of the HR process! Had HR and Engineer interviews, everything went smooth. HR told me to have a answer next week of the interview, never called me back I called 2 weeks later, another HR answered me telling me their still in the decision making phase. 4 weeks pass by, no answer from HR, NOTE: the job listing is still posted I wrote a 3rd email, a third to HR, another HR people answered me back few days later saying that i'm still in the ball game. 1 months and 15 days later passes by, another HR people reply to me that I don't qualify anymore, no hiring!
