A few conversations with a company recruiter, then a phone screening with the hiring manager; then they flew me in for an interview which took 1/2 day.
The offer was very competitive with great salary, good benefits, a relocation package; the works. I had to decline due to personal/family reasons, but the company seemed like a great place to work.

Submitted online resume. Met with recruiter. Then with 2 hiring managers in engineering at the facility and took a technical assessment. Followed up in two weeks and never received a response.

- Received an invitation to a 15-minute interview the next day
- Received a conditional offer of employment along with some paperwork shortly after that

I applied online. a contractor agency called me and arranged an interview. I got a phone interview in 2 weeks. interview went well. the manager who interviewed me was nice, and described job responsibilities etc
