1 job fair interview with a programming manager present and 1 on site interview with about 10 people in all, The interview was split in several sessions with 2-3 employees from different groups, I assume, at once. All questions were about showing knowledge of general programming technologies, understanding concepts, describing experience, solving design/programming problems/tasks, organizational skills etc. It was very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied.
