There are two rounds of interviews. The first interview is with a panel (mine was with 5 people). The panel was not as intimidating as it would seem. The second interview is with the head of the organization.

The interview consisted of a phone call with the Managing Editor. She explained what they were looking for in this role and more about the overall mission of the publication and the Legal Aid Society.
