The interview process was not coordinated at all. I sat down with the hiring manager for ten minutes and answered very simple questions I could have answered over the phone. Then after the small chat, she went to see if there was a manager on site I could talk to as I was interviewing for a management position. There was not one and they wanted me to come back the next day, knowing it took me an hour to get there. Considering they had not told me anything about the position, what position it was exactly, the location, or the pay, I requested they call me with more information. It took two days for them to call, and they still did not have the simple information necessary for an interview. Very unprofessional.
