I received an over the phone interview first,then I was called to come in for a test. I passed the test and was asked how much was I looking for in pay I told them what I was making and a rude supervisor asked me why would he pay me that much coming in the door I explained what the range was in the add plus that’s why they gave the test. Was offered the job but if I had to deal with THAT supervisor we were going to bump heads so I decline the offer

One-on-one interview with HR, then one-on-one interview with manager and director. Pleasant, friendly introductions. Brief tour of the facility, which is large, and old, very old, and an overview of the company. The work cultural is diverse, but seemed to be individuals that have worked there for years and moved they way up in the company rather than hiring experienced individuals with experience and skills that could enhance and improve the culture.
