You will be called for an interview with HR who, after asking typical interview questions to understand you and your background, will explain the role and how Lcentral operates. The HR will also explain how training works. You will then be given a mock student essay and asked to mark it with comments. You will also go through a phonetic test where they show a word with a part of it highlighted, and you'll need to pronounce that.
