Interviewed with the 120 Espresso Bar owned and operated by Lead Childcare and linked to their training program, the interviewer who is part of upper management was 25 minutes late to the interview and the organization/interviewer did not have to decency to follow up with a basic rejection by any method - call, text or email. Being rejected is fine, lack of communication is not.
