Straight forward! No in-depth scenarios were presented. All very basic questions honestly not anything BCBA specific and one can get a job here so give it try. Idk who’s leading the clinic now but Natalie is very nice.
Screening with recruiter over the phone then interview with Clinical Director. Interview was virtual because of COVID. On par with other insurance funded ABA companies in terms of types of questions, felt conversational.
