Getting an interview here is very hard. You must know someone who is willing to vouch for you or be contacted by their recruiter Clark.
You chat with Clark a few time about what your goals are, how you might fit into the company and where you see yourself in the next few years. Clark is a very lovely man and is always very caring on the phone when you speak to him. He will send you a list of questions to expect on the interview call as well as go over them during his phone call.
If you get an interview you can expect a few regional directors to be on the call (zoom currently). They want to hear about your experience, what you are wanting from a new company and how you would fit into their teams.
If you get a job offer you will hear back from their HR rep Ragin Cain.

Why are you looking to make a job change? Be specific here.
What is the reason for leaving each previous employer? For example, I am looking for why you left company A to go to company B, and why you left company B for company C, and so forth. I am looking for the specific reason in each situation and not a one-sentence global answer, please.
What has been the greatest obstacle/challenge you have encountered in the past six months? Did you successfully overcome the obstacle/challenge? If so, describe how this was accomplished? If not, why and have you been able to move forward?
Tell us why you believe you are a strong and viable candidate for the Direct Support Coach position? Please elaborate on each of your skills/experience, including management style with regards to the position.
