The talent acquisition called me after I applied on a previous experience before as he needed someone with embedded software experience and made sure that I have the relevant required experience. The interview was first an English test then I sat with the HR and conducted a normal HR interview then a Senior Engineer joined and asked me technical questions regarding the software I am able to use and my experience in the University

Te hacen algunas pruebas sistematizadas, no dura mucho. Solo si el reclutador esta atendiendo a otros. El proceso puede variar un poco dependiendo del area al que apliques, pero ellos te dicen el mismo dia si tienes el empleo o no.

Firstly there were three phases, firstly, an online application contain personal information, skills and resume, then a live english and logical test and finally a group case study interview about planning for a new product manufacturing starting from the factory to selling this product.
