Initially, an attention to details test lasting 10 minutes where I had to pointed number mistakes. Aflter two or three days I was invited to a f2f interview with technical and personal questions. The f2f lasted 45 minutes.

Had to answer a couple of questions about competency. HPLC troubleshooting questions, theory. Describing how the Ioniser of the MS works. If you mention a technique then expect to be asked about it. You go through everything your C.V like a talking point
