I applied for the position, and had a very pleasant phone conversation with the Director of Marketing. That led to an immediate invitation for an in-person interview. I arrived at their headquarters, and went through a battery of three interviews that day, all of which seemed to go well. Then radio silence. I emailed a week later, asking how the process was going, and if I should consider other offers/options, or if decisions were still being made. I was sent back an email asking to create a sample design project and send it in for review. I was given 48 hours to do so, completed the task in 24, and sent in multiple samples for review.
Then, I was completely ghosted by the company, and have not received any response back as to whether the position was filled, if I was still in the running, or if the position had been cancelled due to COVID-19-related circumstances. Two weeks later, and I still have not received a response of any kind, despite polite inquiries.

The chef talked with me and reviews my resume and asks when I can start. He told me about the hours and shift I would be working, also if I spoke another language or knew Spanish .
