Very intense, but laid back. I was asked tons of questions, mainly about my work history, how many years I was a nurse, and why I wanted to leave to company I was working for, And why I wanted to work for LHC, I was asked what was weakness, and what was my strength. I was asked what could this company gain from experience, The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. Everyone was kind, and professional.
