The culture seemed OK, but many senior managers who have held the position a bit too long. Sensed a lack of innovation and excitement in current senior leadership...just plugging along. Fancy titles for sales: VP, SVP, but low salaries compared to competition. Ended the process due to low compensation and a sense of slow to move on ideas culture. OK company if you need a safe haven for awhile.
