1 phone interview, at home sample interviewing 10 homes, 1 week paid training in Philadelphia. Must memorize a one hour interview and be able to successfully conduct the interview with trainers.

Everything is done via telephone interview, and your doing preliminary 'trial run' in your home town, for which you are not paid. First phone interview. Then, if you have never done field interviewing before they will send you out with a short questionairre, to your home town area, and you are expected to get ten preliminary interviews to be considered for advancement in the hiring selection process.
