I went through a five stage interview process: A phone interview with a director. A meeting with the director I had had the phone interview with. A second meeting with two other directors. A psychometric test. Another phone interview with a director. I then never heard back from them or the recruiter which led me to feel that they all wasted my time and were not polite enough to thank me for all the interviews I attended. I was getting very positive feedback during the process which is probably why I went through 5 interviews. I was probably lucky not to get the job given their lack of manner with regards to informing me about the outcome of the process. For this reason I would advise others to avoid this place.
