The interview process consists of multiple steps and involves interviewing the with HR team, your manager, your team and cross functional teams. However, it didn't seem overwhelming. I was able to do this over multiple days, but most people have all of these interviews back to back. They also use mock assignments, which I really enjoyed and gave me a good understanding of what the job would entail.
