Straight forward with sales manager. They asked about previous job responsibilities and who I handled difficult customers. They also asked about work ethic and did I mind spending a lot of time on the phone.

Went through a few interviews, 4 to be exact, but they were very pleasant. All question were answered, and they were very clear an open about expectations and cons. They were ready for hard questions and open about the difficulties that the job might have.
